DELIVERY TERMS
Products will be delivered to the BUYER’s address or to a courier branch via the courier company contracted by Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment. The delivery period is a maximum of 3 (three) working days from the date the order confirmation email is sent and the contract is concluded. This period may be extended by a maximum of 10 (ten) working days, provided the BUYER is notified in advance.
Products are dispatched to addresses where the courier company does not deliver, subject to telephone notification.
In regions where the courier company delivers only once a week, delays may occur within the specified timeframe due to errors or omissions in the dispatch details, or in the event of certain social events or natural disasters. The BUYER may not hold Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment liable for such delays. If the product is to be delivered to a person or organisation other than the BUYER, Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment shall not be liable for any additional delivery charges arising from the recipient’s refusal to accept the delivery, errors in the shipping details, or the BUYER’s absence at the delivery location. If the products have not reached the customer within the specified timeframe, delivery issues must be reported immediately to customer services via the email address "info@solarlab.com.tr".
In the event of a damaged parcel: Damaged parcels must not be accepted, and a report must be drawn up with the courier company representative. If the courier company representative is of the opinion that the parcel is not damaged, the Recipient has the right to have the parcel opened on the spot to verify that the products have been delivered undamaged and to request that the situation be documented in another report. Once the package has been accepted by the Recipient, it is deemed that the Courier Company has fully fulfilled its obligations. If the package has not been accepted and a report has been drawn up, the situation must be reported to Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment customer services as soon as possible, along with the copy of the report retained by the Recipient.
Product Returns:
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 3 (three) days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, provided that the goods have not been used and the packaging has not been damaged. In accordance with General Circular No. 385 of the Tax Procedure Law, in order for the return process to be completed, the BUYER must fully and accurately complete the return sections at the bottom of the two delivery notes and the invoice provided with the product by Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment , and retain a copy for their records. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal begins on the day the goods are delivered to the BUYER. The BUYER shall bear the shipping costs arising from the dispatch of the product to the BUYER and its return to Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment, as well as any other costs incurred in this regard.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products prepared in accordance with the BUYER’s requests and/or clearly for their personal needs.
Should the BUYER exercise their right of withdrawal, Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment shall, within a maximum of ten days from the date the invoice containing the notice of withdrawal is received together with the product, refund the total amount (excluding any delivery charges already received) and, if applicable, any documents placing the consumer under financial obligation.
A reduction in the value of the goods received or the existence of a reason rendering the return impossible does not prevent the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, if the reduction in value or the impossibility of return is due to the consumer’s fault, the consumer must compensate Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment for the value of the goods or the reduction in value.
The general return period for any goods received in error is 3 (three) days. During this period, returns of products whose packaging has been opened, used, damaged, or otherwise altered will under no circumstances be accepted. Returns must be made in the original packaging.
In the event that any tampering, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or similar issues are inadvertently detected in the product or its packaging, or if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was in at the time of delivery to the BUYER, the product will not be accepted for return and the purchase price will under no circumstances be refunded.
For product returns, the matter must first be reported to customer services. Information regarding the return of the product will be communicated to the customer by Solar Makine. Following this discussion, the product must be sent to Solar Makine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment via the courier company that delivered it to the BUYER’s address, accompanied by an invoice containing the relevant return details. Upon receipt by Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment, the returned product will be accepted as a return provided it meets the conditions specified in this contract, and the refund will be credited to the BUYER’s account. No refund will be issued unless the product is returned complete and undamaged. The time taken for refunds made to credit cards to appear in the cardholder’s account is at the discretion of the relevant bank.
If the purchase was made by credit card and in instalments, the credit card refund procedure will be applied as follows: If the BUYER requested to purchase the product in a certain number of instalments, the Bank will refund the BUYER in that same number of instalments. After Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment has paid the full product amount to the bank in a single payment, in the event of a refund of instalment payments made via the Bank’s POS terminals to the BUYER’s credit card, the requested refund amounts are transferred by the Bank to the relevant account holders in instalments to prevent the parties involved from being placed in a disadvantaged position. The instalment amounts paid by the BUYER up to the cancellation of the sale will be reflected as a refund on the card each month, provided the refund date does not coincide with the card’s billing cycle. Following the completion of the sale’s instalments, the BUYER will receive a refund for the number of months corresponding to the instalments paid prior to the refund, and these amounts will be deducted from their outstanding balance.
In the event of a refund for goods or services purchased using a credit card, Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment cannot make a cash refund to the BUYER in accordance with the contract it has entered into with the Bank. The merchant, namely Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment, will process the refund via the Bank’s relevant software when a refund is required, the merchant, i.e. Solar Machine Laboratory and Industrial Equipment, is obliged to pay the relevant amount to the Bank in cash or by set-off; therefore, it is not possible to make a cash payment to the BUYER in accordance with the procedure detailed above. The refund will be processed by the Bank to the credit card in accordance with the procedure outlined above, following the BUYER’s payment of the full amount to the Bank in a single transaction.
