The pipette bulb features three designated valve points labeled with letters, regulating the workflow sequence:
Valve A (Air - Evacuation): Positioned at the top of the main bulb. Pinching Valve A while squeezing the main rubber body expels air from the interior, generating a continuous working vacuum.
Valve S (Suction - Aspiration): Located on the vertical neck just above the pipette connection. Pressing Valve S activates the internal vacuum, pulling the liquid upward into the attached work tube at a highly regulated velocity.
Valve E (Empty - Discharge): Situated on the lateral side tube. Pinching Valve E permits atmospheric air entry, utilizing gravity to accurately drop and dispense the liquid out of the pipette into the receiving vessel.
